a book day - yay!

Oh, I am so excited about getting our Christmas books down from their "way high tippy top" shelf! We tuck them away each year just after the first of January and do not touch them until the first of December. We begin talking about them as autumn begins ^_^ and the anticipation builds for days and weeks. You could say we are a little bit bookish (lol).

In celebration of the day, we would like to share with you a few of our very favorites. Our Christmas book collection has grown to fill a complete shelf over the years --we try to add two or three each year if we can. There are just too many to list here at one time, but I will be adding many of them to our "what we are reading" tab over the next month.

Please do drop us a note and share your favorite Christmas-time reads, too ♥
